How to Escape the Toxic Food Environment

Typical fast food provides a clear example of the toxic food environment. If you grab a cheeseburger, fries and soda, you get accustomed to the high fat and high sugar content of those foods. Your tastes adjust to what you are eating, setting you up to crave those foods. When this happens, you turn increasingly to high fat and high sugar items for satisfaction. As a result, you don’t develop a taste for fresh healthy foods, sticking instead to the fast food standbys.

The good news is that this process can be reversed - and The Fat Resistance Diet is here to help you do it. With no added sugar or artificial sweeteners, our meal plan will help your tastes adjust and you will discover the natural sweetness in an apple or a carrot.

Our diet accomplishes this by eliminating highly processed foods that often contain high levels of fat, sugar or artificial sweeteners or additives. Instead, our all-natural plan provides lots of fresh healthy foods like fruit, vegetables, nuts and low fat dairy.

By both giving you the right foods and avoiding the wrong ones, The Fat Resistance Diet shows you how to escape the toxic food environment and find a healthy new way of eating. You will be able to enjoy the true flavors in natural foods. Your sugar cravings will disappear. You will become aware of delightful flavors in foods—such as the wonderful flavor of fresh herbs.
